Welcome!

The BE4 website supports a programme of research commissioned to improve the quality of information and appropriate treatment in mental health and social care to selected Black and Minority Ethnic groups living in the Cardiff wards of Butetown, Grangetown, and Riverside. The target groups are people of African, Caribbean, Chinese, South Asian and Vietnamese descent.

This website allows us to provide information about the project's development and progress. It is possible to search and browse information about related projects and initiatives underway in Wales that are targeting Black and Minority Ethnic people. Also, you can access regional, national, and international links and discussion groups as well browse our section spotlighting key articles and summaries.
