Both websites are maintained by Roiyah Saltus - Blackwood. From December 2003 both sites will be maintained by AWETU staff. The frontpage reads as follows:
AWETU ('Our Unity' in Swahili), is the first national organisation dedicated solely to working with the public and private sector, user and survivor groups, and voluntary agencies to promote and foster the mental health of Black and Minority Ethnic individuals, families, and communities in Wales.
You can use this web site to gather information about AWETU's programme of services, learn about the various research project and initiatives currently underway, and find out about the outreach and educational activities we offer.
You can search and browse information about projects, initiatives and organisations in Wales that are concerned about the mental health needs of Black and Minority Ethnic people and the links AWETU is making with similar organisations in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
